About Jennifer

Jennifer Chatham is a third generation real estate agent who is a Licensed Broker in the State of Texas. Jennifer grew up in Boston, Massachusetts then moved to California to complete her college education making both Northern & Southern California her home for over 13 years. In her current home state of Texas, she specializes in real estate in the Houston area namely NW Harris County’s communities of Klein ISD, Cy-Fair ISD, & The Woodlands along with prestigious areas inside the loop: The Heights, Montrose & West University. Her infectious personality coupled with astute real estate knowledge, strong work ethic and talented interior design & staging skills lends to an enjoyable and unparalleled experience for her clients. Along with her three sons, Jennifer shares her home with 2 cats, Mao and Tom-Cat & 2 rescue dogs, a 14 year old Malamute mix named Benjamin and a 1 year old Japanese Akita named Midori. When not swamped with taking care of her real estate clientele Jennifer also enjoys international travel: visiting family in Tokyo & Rome and visiting friends in Western Australia where she lived for 2 years.
